IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR FIRST CLASS:

Mt Song’s free introductory class is offered to NEW STUDENTS ONLY. Returning guests are not eligible for the free intro session.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to the class to sign a waiver and meet our instructors.

To fully experience our classes at Mt Song, students will be joining our normally scheduled group class which includes mixed levels of beginner and intermediate. Whether it is your first time doing martial arts, or you are an experienced martial artist, just do your best to follow along and go at your own pace. Remember, you won't learn or master everything on your first day, so relax and have fun.

Wear comfortable clothes, indoor or martial arts shoes and don't forget your water bottle. We will see you in class!

New students are eligible for ONE complimentary class only. Either Tai chi, Kung fu, or Sanda. If a new student would like to try additional classes, please pay the drop in rate for the class.

PLEASE NOTE: Complimentary classes are meant for potential students who have interest in joining our school for martial art training in the near future. Please be respectful of the instructors time and do not schedule a trial class if you do not intend to start martial arts training anytime soon. If you are visiting from out of town or are not ready at the moment to begin your martial arts training, we are happy to schedule you a drop in class at our drop in class rates.

INTRO CLASSES MUST BE SCHEDULED 24 HRS IN ADVANCE AND ARE ONLY HELD ON THE FOLLOWING CLASS TIMES:

Sanda/Kickboxing: Monday & Wednesday @ 7:30pm

Tai chi-Chen: Tuesdays @ 6:30pm

Tai chi-Yang: Saturday 10:00am

Kung Fu: Tuesday & Thursday @ 7:30pm/ Saturday @11:45am

Kids Kung fu: Please email to schedule observation and be added to our waitlist
